In order to import and export files via FTP, a cloud flat file will
need to be enabled by a TrueCommerce Professional Services representative
within the customer BSP.
NOTE: If the framework Integration
fails, the flat file export will not occur.
Open the Business System view from the navigation menu.
To display the company list, select the company to modify from the tree view and select Company Configuration | System Setup from the action bar.
Under the Cloud Access section, view the import/export path and export file names for that business system setup.
NOTE
If you would like to utilize batching with the FTP Import/Export, you will need to set up batching in Company Configuration | Options of the Business System Company Setup screen. It is recommended to select 1 for the Export Batch Size if the file being imported is large.
