The Export Label directory is the location where the UCC128.XML label files are exported to when produced by Transaction Manager Online for use when printing labels.
In cases where you need to change the location of the Export Label folder:
Open the Business System view from the navigation menu.
To display the company list, click the arrow next to the Business System containing the company to be modified.
Select the company to modify from the tree view.
Select Company Configuration | Label Setup from the action bar.
Select the On-Premise Labeling radio button and enter in the Export Directory Path of the file.

By default, the Export Label directory
is:
C:\Program Files\True Commerce\Transaction Manager Online\Label_Export
Click the Save button to retain your changes.
