The Actions menu is available on the action bar when you select Transactions from the Transaction manager navigation menu.
Depending on the Transactions folder selected, the Actions menu contains the items described in the following table:

Export |
The Export menu item exports any highlighted transactions to your business system in a format that is specified in the BSP. (This is a format that your business system can understand). Export is only available when a transaction in the Inbox folder is selected. |
Fulfill |
Select one of the following two options: Fulfill / Begin Fulfillment. |
Import |
The Import menu item imports transactions from the business system into Transaction Manager. Import is only available when a transaction in the Outbox folder is selected. |
New |
The New menu item allows you to add a new transaction. New is only available when you are in the Inbox or Outbox folder. |
Partner to Partner Turnaround |
Use the Partner to Partner Turnaround feature to allow a transaction from one trading partner to generate a transaction for a different trading partner. This feature can be used to send a turnaround transaction to shippers or to a second trading partner. A Partner to Partner Turnaround can be sent standard or asynchronously by selecting Standard Partner to Partner Turnaround or Asynchronous Partner to Partner Turnaround from the Partner to Partner Turnaround menu options. |
Recreate Acknowledgement |
Use the Recreate Acknowledgement feature to allow an acknowledgement to be recreated and placed in the Outbox. |
Send |
The Send menu item will send all selected transactions. |
Ship Export |
The Ship Export menu item generates a file in the specified shipping export directory with data from transactions in the Outbox. NOTE: The shipping order export file can be named. |
Ship Import |
The Ship Import menu item updates transactions in the Outbox using data from files found in the specified shipping import directory. |
Turnaround |
The Turnaround menu item automatically creates an outgoing transaction by copying the information from the selected transaction. This menu item is useful when you are using Transaction Manager without a business system, or when you are creating outgoing transactions that are not generated by your business system. This menu item is available when the Inbox, Received, Outbox, or Sent folder is selected. |

To return to the previous menu list, select the Menu option.
