Ship from addresses are defined at the trading partner level. Transaction Manager includes the option of defining a default ship from address for the labels for each trading partner. Additionally, you can override the default ship from address in the TrueCommerce Labeling Utility. For more information on this, see Defining Printer Settings.
To define a default shipping address for a trading partner:
Open the Trading Partners view from the navigation menu.
Select the trading partner you wish to modify.
Select Labels | Ship From Locations from the action bar.
Click the Add button on the action bar to enter the Ship From Location information in the Ship From Locations grid.
Continue to add each item with the required information.
Click the Save button to retain the changes.
