Hiding the EPP

To hide the EPP An Electronic Partner Plug-in (EPP) is a TrueCommerce software module that "maps" or arranges the data structure of EDI transactions as required to automate exchanging data with a trading partner's EDI system. The EPP tells the TrueCommerce system which transactions are supported by a particular trading partner, how the data should be formatted, and what data is required on transactions that are sent to the trading partner. Each EPP is for a specific trading partner and includes the data mappings for all transactions that are required by that trading partner., perform the following steps:

1. Open the Trading Partners view from the navigation menu.

2. Select the partner to be hidden from the Trading Partner list.

3. Check the Hide Trading Partner Plug-in box on the Identifiers tab.

4. Save the changes.

For the changes to take effect, ensure that the Allow hiding of Business System Plug-ins, Company EDI Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is an industry and government standard for the exchange of data. This standard enables the electronic transfer of all documents needed in a business transaction, such as purchase orders and invoices, between business entities participating in a trading partnership.
